(1) If the manager wants to close the communication establishment operated by him for any reason, he must give the information to the press registrar and the concerned working journalists three months in advance.
(2) In case the communication establishment is closed according to sub-section (1) and the working journalist retires automatically or in case the working journalist retires according to section 22, the manager shall provide facilities to the concerned working journalists as prescribed.
